Nature of the Service; No Academic or Employment Determinations

The Service provides automated estimates of the likelihood that submitted code was generated by artificial intelligence. Results are probabilistic screening signals only. They are not, and must not be used as, the sole or primary basis for any academic integrity determination, grade penalty, disciplinary action, hiring or termination decision, or any other decision that affects a person's education, employment, or reputation. You are solely responsible for independently verifying any result and for complying with the policies of your institution or employer, including any requirement to give the author an opportunity to respond.

Accuracy Disclaimer

No AI-detection method is fully accurate. AI-generated code can evade detection, and human-written code can be incorrectly flagged, especially for short snippets, common patterns, and heavily constrained assignments. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Acceptable Use

You must not:

• use a result as the sole evidence to initiate academic-misconduct or disciplinary proceedings;
• upload code you have no right to process (including code under an NDA, employment agreement, or third-party license that forbids it);
• scrape or abuse the Service in an automated fashion;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

If you are an educator, you confirm that uploading student work is permitted under your institution's policies, or that you have removed direct identifiers before uploading.

The Service is not directed to children under 13.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account. You can export your data and close your account at any time from your dashboard. Closing stops billing immediately; uploaded code and reports are deleted from active systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days.

Subscriptions & Refunds

Paid plans are billed via PayPal. You can view your subscription and cancel a monthly plan at any time from your account's billing page; it remains active until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges are made after cancellation. Refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL Forrest Song BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REPUTATION, OR ACADEMIC OR EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE RESULTS. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (OR USD $50 IF YOU ARE ON A FREE PLAN).
